Getting Started

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but the process is designed to be simple and supportive. New clients can request an appointment through the client portal or contact the practice directly for scheduling availability.

Prior to the first session, clients will complete intake paperwork, consent forms, and practice policies through the secure client portal.

Initial Session

The first session focuses on getting to know you, understanding your concerns, discussing your goals for therapy, and determining how we can work together to support your needs.

Ongoing Sessions

Therapy sessions are individualized based on each client’s goals, needs, and pace. Sessions provide a supportive space to process emotions, build coping skills, improve self awareness, and work toward meaningful personal growth and emotional wellness.

Session Fees

  • Initial Intake Session: $200

  • Individual Therapy Session: $175

  • Walk & Talk Therapy : $175

  • Clinical Supervision: $100

Insurance

Modern Luxe Therapy PLLC currently accepts:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS)

  • UnitedHealthcare (UHC)

  • Aetna

  • Cigna

Please contact the practice to discuss insurance coverage, benefits, and eligibility prior to your first appointment. Self pay options also available.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. Major credit and debit cards, HSA, and FSA cards are accepted through the secure client portal.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
